NEW FIRE
WINS INDIAN SUMMER MUSIC AWARD!
NEW
FIRE
has won an Indian Summer Music Award (ISMA) in in
the Native Spirit category. The Indian Summer Music
awards are part of the Indian Summer Festival which
is celebrating it's 20th anniversary. The festival
was September 8, 9 and 10, 2006 at Henry Maier
Festival Park on Milwaukee's beautiful
lakefront.
The winners are
picked by judges who are professionals in the music
and entertainment industries. All judging is
conducted independently of the ISMA Committee and
consists of a two phase process to determine the
winners in each category.

nominated for a Native American Music Award earlier
this year.
